Slide 2: In 1966 the use of hormons to prevent pregnancy was discovered. Later in the 1970s the morning after pill was invented and was tried to be established in the US. At first it was denied because of many reasons but later in about 1980 it was accepted and used

Slide 3: Hormonal. In some acossions people will need a prescription like if you are under 17 but for the most part one may buy it with out a prescription.

Slide 4: Plan B is if a person had sex and thinks that the protection they used failed for example a ripped condom exc... or if a couple just simply didnt use protection. The female is to take it the next morning of after she had sex for it to have a larger success rate.

Slide 5: It can be obtained in any pharmacy just by asking for it. The pills can cost anywhere from $35 to $60.

Slide 6: If used properly for example taking the pill within the days that you had sex then the pill can be up to 89% effective but your chances slim down the more you wait.

Slide 7: Anyone can use this method at any age. Its a way to prevent pregnancy only if your first plan failed. It is not to be used regularly.

Slide 8: You have an 89% effectivness, you can use it when all else fails, and its pretty easy to get.

Slide 9: The longer you wait the more likely its going to fail, it a little expensive, and if your body doesnt react well to hormones you shouldnt take it.
